| First: go to the Tools menu, and then click Accounts. | ||||

| Next, Select the Account you setup for VFEmail. | |||||||

| On the 'Servers' tab: Make sure you are using POP3 (or IMAP), and the last check-box: "My server requires authentication" is checked. | |||||||

| On the 'Advanced' tab, make sure you are using SSL for incoming OR outgoing mail. | |||||||
