Bulk Mail Options
VFEmail provides multiple options for sending Bulk email:

Log into the User Control Panel to upgrade your VFEmail.net account to send Bulk Mail.
These options are applied to standard VFEmail accounts, and provide Silver Account level features PLUS a particular number of recipients per day. So while a standard Silver account can send/receive 400 emails per day, a Bulk300k account can send/receive 300,000 emails per day.
Bulk senders are strictly monitored for compliance with the US CAN-SPAM ACT. Bulk sender IPs are also segregated from normal user traffic. These features do not guarantee your bulk email will be received by the recipient. In order to have the best chance for delivery, you should comply with the following:
- Do NOT send HTML only email - include plaintext parts as well.
- If using automation, please ensure your emails are syntactically correct.
- Include small images, but link to large images.
- Make sure any links are to websites that are not compromised.
- If sending bulk mail, include methods for the user to unsubscribe
- If sending bulk mail, state the method of harvest at the top of the email.
For example: "You are receiving this solicitation email because you have done business with our partner, ABC Company, and opted in on their communications form." - Create an SPF record for your domain that includes VFEmail.net - include:vfemail.net
In order to relay via VFEmail.net, your software must be able to use SMTP Auth. You will authenticate to 'mail.vfemail.net' using your VFEmail account, in exactly the same manner Outlook or Thunderbird would.
You can upgrade to a Bulk account, or upgrade your existing Bulk account to a higher account, at any time in the Control Panel.
